Outreach - Adult Passport Renewal (PC7) - Last passport valid for 10 years, and not expired for more than 3 years. Last passport cannot have been damaged or lost/stolen

Adult Passport Renewal (PC7) - Last passport issued since 1 January 2006 when you were aged 16 or older. No name or gender changes. Last passport cannot have been damaged or lost/stolen.

Please bring:
- Completed PC7 application form.
- At least 2 (preferably 4) passport photos that meet the passport guidelines: https://www.passports.gov.au/getting-passport-how-it-works/photo-guidelines
- Please bring original documents AND black and white photocopies of all supporting documents as we do not have access to a photo copier at the interview

Outreach - New Adult Passport (PC8) - Passport details have changed / your last passport was lost/stolen / last passport was a child's passport

You should use this form if:
- You have changed your name or gender;
- Your last passport was lost/damaged or issued before 2006;
- Your last passport was issued before your 16th birthday, or if
- Your last passport was a Limited Validity Passport or Emergency Passport.

Please bring:
- Completed PC8 application form.
- All original documents supporting your application
- At least 2 (preferably 4) passport photos that meet the passport guidelines: https://www.passports.gov.au/getting-passport-how-it-works/photo-guidelines
- Please bring original documents AND black and white photocopies of all supporting documents as we do not have access to a photo copier at the interview

Outreach - Child Passport (0-15 years) - Either parent or legal guardian must attend interview

A parent, guardian or person with parental responsibility for the child applicant must submit the application form (PC8) and show original documents at the interview. Both parents must consent to the passport being issued.

Please bring:
- Completed PC8 application form.
- All original documents supporting your application
- At least 2 (preferably 4) passport photos that meet the passport guidelines: https://www.passports.gov.au/getting-passport-how-it-works/photo-guidelines
- Please bring original documents AND black and white photocopies of all supporting documents as we do not have access to a photo copier at the interview

Outreach - Child Passport (16-17 years) - Applicant and one parent must attend interview

Please book this appointment if you require certified copies or your signature witnessed on a simple document, such as:

- Commonwealth Statutory Declaration
- Notice of Intended Marriage
- New South Wales Statutory Declaration
- Queensland Statutory Declaration
- Witnessed signature on Visa application
- Certificate of No Impediment

Please allow 30 minutes for the interview.

Please note, notarial fees are charged per document. A passport is considered one document.
